In order to trigger the real process of rural regeneration, a series of rules, measures, tools, and pilot projects designed to meet the needs, weaknesses, and potentialities of Simeri will have to be drawn up. The “Simeri Code” will be designed through a participatory decision-making process. In this case, an open dialogue between experts, local associations, administration, and inhabitants will take place within a temporary “Summer School”.
